How is a teambonding programme different from 'teambuilding'?

- usually involving very large numbers >100 people, and of shorter duration
- emphasis on the activity itself, rather than specific learning outcomes
- lower facilitator to group size ratio
- use of 'instructors' and/or 'co-ordinators' rather than facilitators
- one-off event rather than a part of an in-depth team development plan
- more emphasis on fun, noise, and action rather than in-depth processes

MOST ASKED FOR PROGRAMMES ( 1/2, full day options):

'Amazing Race' style treasure hunts in an urban or resort environment

Focused on fun, and experiencing a city or locale's cultural and historical insights, teams spread themselves across a city, following clues and route, tackling challenges en route in the form of " road blocks" or : detours". Team challenges can involve problem-solving, task execution and other fun acitivities.

We have successfully delivered teambonding programmes in places as far flung as the Arctic Circle(see picture above), and in the ancient ruins of Angkor Wat, Cambodia. In Singapore, our associates often deliver a programme centred around the Singapore River and historical attractions.

1/2 or Full Day Adventure-based Teambonding

We use the same tools that we deploy in more in-depth programme, but with a lighter post-activity debrief. Often, it's simply a matter of letting the experience speak for itself.

The Ropes Challenge Programme ( 1/2 or full day)

See your teams tackle fun obstacles and reach higher through a series of outdoor-based challenges centred around a ropes course in Singapore or Indonesia. Programmes are not designed to exclude, but rather, maximise participation in the safest possible way whilst retaining a high level of perceived challenge

The High Elements Programme ( 1/2 day)

As above, but involving having teams scale 9-metre elements, and negotiate finger-thick steel cables sequentially, trusting their team mates to safely belay them as they challenge several difficulties. An excellent mindset breakthrough programme

Raft-building Challenge ( 2 hours -often as an add on to any of the programmes above)

Rock On! Rock climbing ( 1/2 day)

Climb on a number of climbing walls in a 1/2 day - suited for groups of up to 20 persons. Learn to use ropes,harnesses and basic rock-climbing techniques - Cheer your workplace pals up the vertical!
